Lolo_101: Starting up NB. The whole PC is sluggish anyway. Maybe the antivirus is to blame ?

I do not see any specific culprit in the snapshot. There are editor views being initialized and their preferred size measured but there are also the projects being opened and file indexing running as well. Since there were many improvements to view hierarchy (issue 197534 and subsequent ones) mainly I close this as worksforme. If the problem reappears with NB 7.1 Beta please reopen the issue. Thanks.
