System: Linux version 2.6.38-13-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb)

Steps to reproduce: Have some java file open in editor -> save it(just to be sure you are in defined saved state) -> write something somewhere -> close the editor tab -> chose "discard" when asked whether to save -> reopen the file -> the changes were not discarded!
