This bug was originally marked as duplicate of bug 186010, that is already resolved. This bug is still valid, so this seems to be another bug, but it might be related.

Also notices SEVERE delays in the hint windows, takes up to 30 seconds to get the info.

From the attached snapshot it seems that some of compiled sources are inside jar/zip file. What is your project configuration?
