Description tonanbarbarian 2012-04-02 23:05:05 UTC
It would be nice if the IDE remembered all of the little options between restarts.

If for example in the Navigator window I choose to sort by Source rather than the default Name, then it would be nice if it remembered this next time I started NetBeans.

As another example if I was in the Subversion Windows and I choose to order by Repository Location, I would like it to remember this so next time it is sorted by Repository Location again.

I am sure there are numerous other places this remembering could be implemented, but there are the 2 examples that stick out for me because they are the 2 most common issues I have when using the IDE.

First request is for navigator, then reassign to versioncontrol please.

BTW: reporter do not mix two/more different requests into one issue, it will definitely slow down the evaluation/fix process. Thanks in advance.

I suppose you mean navigator for Java files -> reassigning to Java/Navigation
Comment 3 Tomas Zezula 2013-01-15 17:18:13 UTC
The Java Navigator remembers sort mode among restarts.
If the issue is filled for another language please reassign to given language.

Reassigning to versioning for the 2nd part of the issue.
