MackSix: Changing the encoding in a CSS file that is opened in NetBeans in another editor.
Going from UTF-16 Big Endian or Little Endian to ANSI or UTF-8.

The reports are only from 7.1 or older. Closing as works for me. If there is a new report with the same snapshot please reopen.
