Right margin indicator does not change when changed in Tools/Options. Project is set to use global formatting settings. Margin indicator in preview pane of settings dialog does change, but when the dialog is closed, the editor still shows the indicator in the same place.

The Java settings did not have "Use All Languages Settings" set to true. I was making the change under "All Languages".
