The automatic issue reporter is not working. Some issues had happened and when
I select to report it, nothing happen. The same for performance issues, but I
can see that the profile runs to generate the sampler files, but nothing is
sent.

Looks fixed now. NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20120423-97829c1c37a1)

How could we close it?
