1) Start Netbeans.
2) If application window is already full screen, click the middle "Restore Down" button and then click the middle "Maximize" button. If it is not already full screen, click "Maximize, then "Restore Down", then "Maximize" again.
3) Go to Tools>>Options>>Miscellaneous and click on "Versioning" tab and then "Terminal" tab.

The application window goes to "Restore Down" size.

This will also do this if you go to Tools>>Options>>Miscellaneous and click the "Cancel" button.

Seems to be related to Terminal options panel, the main window isn't restored through Window System APIs.
