Stopping AWT thread in debuged application causes problem in debuging IDE. It is
impossible to use external browser that invokes other applications by JNI calls.
This calls are blocked and resumed when AWT Windows thread of debugged
application is resumed.

We should stop all threads to avoid deadlocks. This problem should be
fixed in JDK.
