build 200203110100 JDK 1.4.0 windows L&F
1. Hilight a work and click Ctrl+H to replace it. 
2. Choose what to change the word to.
3. click replace or replace all.
 the selected word/s is/are not replaced. You need to click it again for the 
action to take place.

Hi Zohar,  

I am not able to reproduce this bug neither using build 200203110100 nor current dev 
build.
I have questions:
- in the item 1 of your description, what exactly hilight means? Is it selection(gray) 
or search highlighting (typically marked as yellow label)? 

- please, look at the bug #20552. Couldn't this be duplicate of that?
