Added EmbeddingProvider.Registration annotation to register EmbeddingProviders.
The registration provides a mime type of a generated embedding which allows the infrastructure to correctly handle embedded indexes.

I've tried the patch and I can verify it fixes the problems described in the dependent Bug 218148 - QuerySupport not refreshed in embedded languages
