As happened after the 7.1 launch, the HTML Editor have been updated and the plugin is outdated, asking for an older version.

I've downloaded Netbeans a couple of days ago, and it has HTML Editor Library 3.6.1 and HTML Editor 2.4.1.

I've tested the Beta Channel[1] plugin, that asks for 1.21 and 1.6, respectively, and the package downloaded in Tom's website[2], that asks for 2.0.1 and 1.6.
