Some hints have a configuration panel. But i don't know which. I have to click

every hint item to see it and then i realize that it can be configured.

So please add config icon in front of the hint item, so that a configurable
hint 
can be identified/spotted easier.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
