Generic support of OAD and IR of CORBA implementation, requires ORB plugin to
allow communicate with OAD and IR. The UI should be node in runtime where user
is able to browse, register, unregister, activate and deactivate servers. The
default implementation should be boundled with JDK1.4 orbd plugin , Orbix 2000
and VB 4/5 plugin.
