I can not see some content when create a glassfish server instance.

Have you set bigger fonts? For me default view looks good but it is reproducible when I shrink the wizard window.

it is no help after I resized the wizard windows.

We know about this problem. Please try latest build. It should be a bit better now.
Will redesign wizard in next release. This thread will continue in bug# 217961.
