I'm testing recent changes to the CSS Styles window in:

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build web-main-9145-on-20121107)
Java: 1.7.0_06; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.2-b09
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_06-b24
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)

When the user chooses the categorized view, we should show all the properties categorized (just as we show all the properties alphabetized in that view). Currently, I'm just seeing categories and properties for the handful of properties that are set and that is not the intention of the design.

Note that categories should not be expanded by default. We have two options:

1. automatically expand any category that has properties set within (ideal)
2. automatically expand the first category only

We also need a separator between the category view radio group and the icon for the menu.
