I opened Add breakpoint dialog and close it then
enabled JSP breakpoint support module during the
same IDE session and tried to add JSP breakpoint
but the dialog doesn't contain widget for Debugger
Type selecting (to choose from Java, Java/JSP, JSP)

I can reproduce it, looks like some listener does not work.

Is it general problem of enabling any module which adds breakpoint
support?

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
