Product Version = NetBeans IDE 7.3.1 (Build 201306052037)
Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.8.4 running on x86_64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.8.0-ea-b96
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.0-b38

Command-C to cut and then Command-V to paste failed.
I switched to an external editor (TextWrangler) and pasted and the expected content showed up, so the cut did something, but it would not paste in NB.

I copied the text that I just managed to paste in to TextWrangler from TextWrangler and flipped back to NB and pasted and it worked.  So paste also works, but NetBeabs was unable to paste from the clipboard contents that it had created.
