I am getting a message "ZIP file with site template is either or its download failed."

The download URL has changed due to upcoming Bootstrap 3.0, current URL for 2.3.2 is http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/assets/bootstrap.zip.

Fixed. Although I'm doubtful how long this will work. I replaced the old URL http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/assets/bootstrap.zip with a new one: http://getbootstrap.com/2.3.2/assets/bootstrap.zip But my worry is whether this URL will work after 2.3.3 or 2.4 is released. There is also 3.0 version which does not have download URL yet apart from downloading complete checkout of bootstrap sources (eg. https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/archive/3.0.0-wip.zip) which does not make much sense.

This is something to keep an eye on and update just before 7.4 final release.

Do we have a pre-release checklist where we could add tasks like:
* update URLs to latest 3rd party JS libraries (all Site Templates)
* refresh CDNJS snapshot bundled with the IDE
