System: Windows 8 version 6.2 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_GB (nb)

Created attachment 140714 [details] "Customize Toolbars" menu right click on toolbar -> "Customize". Nor icons neither descriptions appeared. See the attachment. Product Version: NetBeans IDE 7.4 RC1 (Build 201309162201) Java: 1.7.0_25; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 23.25-b01 Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.7.0_25-b17 System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_GB (nb) Valid also for 7.3. but gun after several IDE restarts. Applies to mentioned IDE versions and Ubuntu 10 as well.
