Could you please little bit more explain it? Provide some steps to reproduce or screenshots? Closing as INCOMPLETE for now.

Please see the attached screen shot of my Netbeans application. The search result (pop up on the right top corner) should be displayed in order of Findings, Procedures, etc.. However, the order is no longer the same to the order number in layer.xml in the Version 7.4. It worked in version 7.3.
