Product Version = NetBeans IDE 8.0 (Build 201403101706)
Operating System = Linux version 3.13.7-100.fc19.x86_64 running on amd64
Java; VM; Vendor = 1.7.0_51
Runtime = Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 24.51-b03

In create File >> New Project >> HTML5 application 
in step number 4 there are old libraries, after actualization of these libraries, the library lists is clean, only shows loading...
seems the list is hang on
