1. Right click on a properties file and select "Open".
2. Right click on the same properties file and select "Customize".
3. Change the comment and press Enter and then OK.

Results: Comment is not changed.

Workaround: Close the table editor and it will work.

Also if:

1. Right click on a properties file and select "Open".
2. Right click on a properties file and select "Edit".
3. While viewing the table editor, Right click on the same properties file and select "Customize".
4. Change the comment and press enter and then OK.
5. Notice the comment does not change.
6. Click on the properties file editor (single properties file editor) tab to view it.
7. Right click on the same properties file and select "Customize".
8. Change the comment again.
9. Click on the table editor tab.

Results: The table editor holds the value of the old comment and changes the new comment back to the old one.

Workaround: Close the table editor.
