It does not work that way. Git works on file level, not on projects level. So it pretty much does not care about what's open in the projects view. Especially because there is the Favorites view which must be reflected as well. I didn't know if the repository browser had any relation to projects in NetBeans internally so it made sense that if they did, the views would reflect on each other when a project is closed. What was accepted as a solution in bug 247615 works for me as a fix for this. Thank you. |
