In Sublime, when one selects a text, and types a quote, Sublime will add before and after the selected text a quotation mark. For those using Sublime together with NetBeans, this would be good to have in NetBeans too.

In Sublime, as said, we could add quote, parenthesis, brackets before and after the selected text.
