I would like to give you some recommendations about UI of your IDE.

1. Download option from context menu. It is dangerous to be so close to upload. It is easy to make an mistake. For example if I have just finished my new page and want to upload it and instead to upload, I download the old one, I will lose a lot of my work. Please set some confirmation popup about what will happen - uploading or downloading. See this picture:

2. Synchronization module interface. 
It would be better if arrows which show that some file will be downloaded or uploaded to be in different colors. See this picture:
