Hi,

I have registers tab always opened (on left side), and call stack window on bottom. When I switch call in call stack tab, register values are not refreshed. 

To refresh registers I have to switch to other tab in container (this case Navigator), and switch back to Registers tab.

Desired behaviour is to trigger refresh when stack is switched.

Additionally, I observed that when I'm in register edit mode (double click on value), refreshing registers by switching tabs does't remove focus from cell and refreshes all registers, but not this one.
