When the keyboard is in Dvorak, [comma] is located where W is in Qwerty. Pressing Command+[comma] to open preferences will open preferences but also seems to bind to Command+W and will close the current editor window.

All other keyboard shortcuts seem to work properly. For example, O (Dvorak) is located where S (Qwerty) is. Pressing Command+O will open the Go To Type window but will not save the document.

The only difference I can think of is that Preferences is located in the NetBeans menu and not the normal File/Edit/etc menus.

(I'm pretty sure this isn't filed in the right place - sorry!)
