Created attachment 162852 [details] the printed error in the output window is in black, but in options is in red. System.err.println prints text in black color, not in red. In Tools->Options->Miscellaneous->Output the Error color is set to red, but is printed black and when the standard color is changed, the color of system.err in the output is changed to that color. The problem persists after re-installation of netbeans.
