If my extended monitor is to the left of the main monitor (i.e., has negative screen positions) and I drag the NetBeans IDE to the extended monitor, the IDE does not refresh itself properly and is unresponsive except for the "X" button to close it. If the extended monitor is to the right (i.e., has positive screen positions), the IDE behaves as expected.
