Description Can17CS 2017-09-12 22:40:03 UTC
NetBeans ran fine on my old laptop, but the scroll speed doesn't change on my new laptop. In chrome, windows settings, etc., the scroll speed is what I set it to in my Elantech smart pad settings, but it remains extremely fast in NetBeans no matter what I do.

When I use a mouse, the scroll speed is fine, leading me to believe it's a problem with my touch pad rather than NetBeans. I've tried updating my drivers and looking for solutions online, but I can't find any. My current driver is "ELAN Touchpad 11.4.65.2_X64_WHQL" and the laptop I'm using is a Lenovo Yoga 3 1470.
