Reproducibility: Happens every time

After installing NB SpringBoot plugin Menu key stops functioning in the Projects, Files, Services, ... panes, but it DOES work in the code editor. Menu key is quite convenient thing that speeds up development.

STEPS:
  * Install NB SpringBoot plugin
  * Open Projects pane
  * Press Menu key (which located usually between right Alt, Windows and Ctrl keys)

ACTUAL:
  Context menu does't open

EXPECTED:
  Context menu pops up
