After checking out release35 and building NB 
everytime I start it the SettingsImportWizard
comes up.

I leave it as No and press finish.
Next time I restart the ide it comes up again.

I am sorry, but I cannot reproduce it in [nb_35](200303132350),
[jdk1.4.2](b18). Could you try the daily build promoted by RE, from
reelase35 branch? Thanks in advance.

The problem is visible when you run NetBeans without project module.
