The bug is visible on tha last Nevada build
(14.3.2003).
How to reproduce.
Try to start the Internal Tomcat (JWSDP) in the
Server Registry.
The irrelevant question message appears :

"Execution and debugging of servlets and JSPS is
supported within a web module ..."

this message has no sense because no web
servlet/JSP is being executed.

The build from I reported the bug was corrupted somehow.
I was not able to reproduce that issue again with the same Nevada build.
