Currently there is the problem with extension
classes loading. Xalan uses context classloader.
the classloader must be set to repository,
(classpath classloader in 4.0) to serve users
extensions.

There is working patch for 35 release. Need to be ported to new
projects infrastructure.

It's a simple fix for release35 branch.

I'm not working on it anymore. The patch must be ported by a new
maintainer.
