Solaris

No border is visible between tabs and pains - it
looks strange and it's not consistent with UI
specification for Metal ! (see attached screenshot)

yes, must be solved before merge.

Time containts don't permit to fix before merge, Metal has lowest
priority from LFs, so lowering to P3.

fixed in maintrunk, border is now drawn according to the visual spec.
