Description wisem 2003-11-02 12:36:44 UTC 
'New' wizard and 'Update Center' wizard both 
give NPE when clicking 'Next' button from first 
step.  In 'New' wizard I selected 'Jar Recipe' 
in 'Choose Template'.  Hitting 'Next' gave NPE.
