Start built-in tomcat server using 'Start / Stop
Server' action. 
There should be a 'Web Modules' node as a child of
the instance node but its missing. It prevents
user to manager the deployed contexts.

Petr Pisl fixed this one. The problem that remains is that the
WebModules node does not refresh children. This will be solved as part
of 37932.
