Since it seems that now only Tomcat 5.x is
bundled, there is no reason to keep around the old
integration code and binaries in the CVS trunk.
(Available in the repository if anyone needs them,
but wasting space in the source tree for everyone
else.) Specifically recommend deleting from the trunk:

tomcatint/bundledtomcat/
tomcatint/tomcat40/
tomcatint/tomcat40/autocompile/
tomcatint/external/jakarta-tomcat-4.0.6-nojavadoc.zip.scrambled
