I can repeatedly choose "Properties..." from the
contextual menu on a project object, and get
multiple properties windows on screen at once. 
Changes in one aren't reflected in the others, and
evidently get clobbered when another one is closed.

Do not forgot about assignig this bug to Web team when fixed in J2SE
project type.
