After building project there isn't dist folder in
Files view until there is explicitly called
refresh folder. The same is true for clean - dist
folder doesn't disappear.

I was just noticing this myself (Linux, current trunk build). The
automatic refresh seems fine unless you have a CVS mount, in which
case it doesn't work.

I can't reproduce this in 040603.
