Build 200406091800

Installed Start menu icon of "NetBeans Web"
differs from the one used in NB3.6.
Now there are 3 identical icons for all 3 start
menu items. In 3.6 the "NetBeans Web" had yellow
mark of the web.

no "NetBeans Web" in the new installer. this bug is irrelevant now
