Invoking the Use database action does not cause
the jdbc resource and connection pool to be
generated. This prevents successful execution of
an application. 

I did the following scenario:
* create web module
* create java class
* invoke use database action
* the ServerResources does not appear and the jdbc
resource and connection pool are not generated.
