Build 20050201-1431

1) Go to Web project's Properties, Sources panel
2) Move mouse over long label/package folder record
3) ERROR:
There are missing tooltips.

Tooltips are not mentioned in UI spec, but they
will be + see fixed Java issue 53565.

It seems that this issue is already fixed in trunk (in the same manner
as mentioned issue 53565).
