* Add to Enterprise Application combo should be enabled only if 
the checkbox is checked
* the Add to Enterprise Application and Server combo shouldn't 
be lined up
* 5px between the Server combo and J2EE Version
* the J2EE Version combo shouldn't fill the whole wizard width
* 24px between the J2EE Version combo and Set as Main Project 
check box
