Problem when deserializing TopComponent for
tcID:'BluePrints'. Reason: Top component
BluePrints could not be located or loaded from
Components folder.

fixed in the latest j2ee/external/blueprints-solutions-catalog.zip.scrambled

charset issue is different and already reported as 56177
