Steps to reproduce
- Create New Web Application with Existing Ant Script
- Right-click it: it has no Deploy Project item, but Redeploy Project menu item.
- Open its properties
- Select Build and Run. Check that it has Deploy Project target association and no Redeploy Project one.

Redeploy menu item calls deploy target so it is just an UI inconsistency issue.
