Right click on jPanel1 in the Inspector window and select "Add From Palette" followed by "Swing" then
observe the drawn popup menu. - the comoponent menu will be drawn taking up almost the entire length
of the screen, with the first component (JLabel) drawn under the MacOS menu bar (on my PowerBook G4
with screen set to 1280x854)

NB: 200804280002

In NB6.1, "Swing" category is broken into 4 categories: "Swing Containers", "Swing Components", "Swing Menus" and "Swing
Windows".

Therefore I think this issue no longer exists, menus can easily fit in the screen (laptop Acer Aspire 1350, 1024x768).

If someone experiences any problem with a visibility of a pop-up menu, reopen this issue as I am closing it issue as
WORKSFORME.
