Build 200508181800

1) Add AddpServer
2) See tooltip over node in Runtime window
3) ERROR:
It should be "http://localhost:HTTP_PORT" as it is for Tomcat.

Current tooltip "Node representing J2EE Administration Server localhost:4848" is
not very usefull.
