NB 5.0 dev build 20050915
JDK 1.5.0_05

The form is enlarged when 'align down in row' button is pressed.

Steps to reproduce:
1) open attached form
2) select all 3 componets
3) click 'align down in row '
-> form is enlarged

I've reproduced it also with 'align up in row' but with different componet
configuration.

Fixed by improvement of align actions that was done last week.
